OVERVIEW
SVAN 948 Four Channels Sound &
Vibration Meter/Analyser
The SVAN 948 is all digital, 4
channels, Type 1 vibration and sound meter along with analyser. Real time
analysis is performed simultaneously in four channels in 20 kHz band. It is
an ideal choice for the "Human Vibration" (according to the ISO 2631-1&2 and
ISO 5349-1&2 standards) and noise measurements in the occupational health
and safety monitoring tasks. All required weighting filters, transducers and
adapters for triaxial Whole-Body and triaxial Hand-Arm vibration
measurements are available with this instrument.
Four vibration / sound channels can work
simultaneously with independently set of transducers, filters and RMS
detectors time constant in each channel (e.g. simultaneous three axis
measurement of the Whole-Body vibration and noise dose).
Large 32 MB (or 64 MB) internal memory of the
SVAN 948 instrument can store time history of all four channels over
the whole working day. Measurement results can be easy downloaded to any PC
using the USB 1.1 interface and SvanPC software.
The SVAN 948, using computational power of
its builtin digital signal processor, can perform simultaneously real time 4
channels 1/1 or 1/3 octave or FFT analysis (optional).
Thanks to advance trigger function it is
possible to achieve multi-channels measurements applying several SVAN 948
instruments (one master SVAN 948 instrument and several other SVAN 94x
instruments).
The SVAN 948 can be used in hard
environmental conditions like the industrial machinery condition monitoring.
Robust, lightweight construction completes
the exceptional features of this instrument.
