OVERVIEW
VIBCON is the stand-alone, two-channel monitoring device allowing continuous monitoring of the overall vibration level in rotating machinery. It is rugged and reliable, designed for machinery protection in severe industrial environments. VIBCON is user-friendly, easy to install and to set up. It offers economical and easily affordable solution for early detection of machinery problems.

MEASUREMENTS
The two inputs of VIBCON can be easily adapted to various types of transducers. ICP or voltage transducers are standard and therefore any sensor that provides the voltage output can be connected to VIBCON. The vibration signals collected from a machine first go through the 10 Hz – 1 kHz band-pass filters (other filter bands are possible as an option) and then the signal processing circuitry estimates their RMS or peak values. Depending on the results the appropriate alarms are being generated. The time records from the transducers are also accessible on the front panel BNC connectors and can be linked to the external analyzers for in-depth analysis.
